This home, built in the 1800's had been added to multiple times. We removed the back portion of this home and added a two car garage and beautiful kitchen, dining, laundry, and master bath space that complimented the old beauty of this home.

In 1889, James Hannum purchased this stone home and farm in Guernsey County, Ohio. We were honored to be a part of preserving the legacy of the "ole stone house" while working with two of the Hannum granddaughters.
